About Routee
Every weekend, millions of vehicles move through the Southern California and Nevada corridor. The I-15 alone carries a constant flow of drivers between Las Vegas and Los Angeles.
Most of those vehicles have empty trunk space. Most of those drivers are making the same run regardless. Meanwhile, people need small items moved — a bag left at a hotel, medication for a family member, a guitar forgotten at a venue.

Routee is a free classified bulletin board for the SoCal and Nevada corridor. Shippers post items they need moved. Drivers heading that way respond. Both parties connect and handle the arrangement directly. We are not a shipping company, broker, or carrier.
Browsing is always free. Posting is free during our launch period. Routee never takes a cut of any transaction.
Yes — a free account is required to post. This protects your handle so no one else can post as you. Sign up takes 30 seconds. Browsing and messaging are always free and require no account.
Payment is handled entirely between you and the driver. Routee does not process or touch any money. Cash, Venmo, Zelle — whatever both parties agree to.
Never. Whatever fee you agree on with the shipper is yours entirely. Routee takes no percentage, ever.
Guest listings expire after 7 days. Registered shippers expire after 14 days. Registered drivers expire after 30 days. Registered users can extend their listing anytime from the Dashboard — this resets the full expiry period from the day you extend.
Yes — but only registered users. Sign in, go to your Dashboard, and click Edit on any active listing. Saving an edit also resets the expiry clock. Guests cannot edit listings.
No. Routee is a bulletin board. We strongly recommend asking questions before agreeing, meeting in a public place for pickup, and trusting your gut.
Email hello@routee.delivery with the listing ID. We review all reports and remove listings that violate our terms.

Important Notice: Routee is an online classified listing and communication platform only. Routee is not a motor carrier, freight broker, freight forwarder, logistics provider, delivery service, shipping company, transportation company, employer, staffing agency, or agent of any user. All interactions, agreements, payments, transportation arrangements, pickups, and deliveries occur solely between users. Routee is a passive venue for user-generated listings and communications.
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Routee platform, available at routee.delivery. By accessing or using Routee, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding agreements to use Routee. By using Routee, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
Routee provides an online venue where users may post and respond to transportation-related listings. Routee does not: transport goods or property; arrange or dispatch transportation; employ drivers or shippers; take possession or custody of items; inspect cargo or vehicles; verify identities, licenses, insurance, or qualifications; set prices, routes, or delivery terms; process or hold payments; or guarantee delivery, timing, safety, or outcomes of any transaction. Users act solely on their own behalf and at their own risk.
You are solely responsible for: evaluating and vetting other users; verifying identity, licensing, insurance, and qualifications; ensuring compliance with applicable laws; arranging all payments and logistics; safeguarding your property; and determining whether to engage in any transaction. You assume all risks associated with using the platform.
Routee does not conduct background checks, identity verification, driving record checks, insurance verification, or cargo inspections. Routee does not endorse, certify, or guarantee any user. Any user labels, profile information, or activity indicators are informational only.
You may not post, request, transport, or facilitate: illegal drugs or controlled substances; firearms, ammunition, or weapons where prohibited; explosives or hazardous materials; stolen, counterfeit, or fraudulent goods; currency or financial instruments; live animals or human remains; or any item illegal under applicable law.
You may not: post false or misleading content; impersonate any person or entity; harass, threaten, or defraud users; use bots, scraping tools, or automated systems; attempt to bypass platform controls; or use Routee for unlawful purposes. Routee may remove content or suspend access at any time at its sole discretion.
All listings, messages, ratings, reviews, and other content are created by users. You retain ownership of your content, but grant Routee a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute such content for platform operation. Routee is not responsible for user-generated content.
Routee may provide features such as messaging, status indicators, completion markers, and interaction tools (including "Accept Driver" functionality). These features are provided solely for convenience and: do not create contracts between users or with Routee; do not guarantee performance or payment; do not confirm delivery or completion; do not create employment, agency, or brokerage relationships; and do not constitute verification or endorsement.
Automated status changes, including auto-completion of exchanges after a period of inactivity, are system convenience features only and do not constitute verification that any transaction occurred.
Ratings, reviews, badges, profile information, completion indicators, and other reputation features are informational tools only. These features do not constitute endorsements, certifications, or guarantees by Routee; do not verify identity, safety, licensing, or insurance; and do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or completion of any transaction. Routee does not independently verify ratings or reviews and is not responsible for their accuracy. Users are solely responsible for evaluating other users before engaging in any transaction. Routee may remove, modify, or disable ratings or reviews at any time without notice.
You assume all risks arising from: interactions with other users; transportation of goods; loss, theft, or damage of property; fraud or misrepresentation; accidents or personal injury; and illegal conduct by third parties.
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Routee disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Routee does not warrant: user behavior or trustworthiness; delivery outcomes; payment completion; accuracy of listings; or uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Routee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of goods, profits, data, or personal injury. Routee's total liability shall not exceed $100 USD.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Routee and its affiliates from any claims arising from: your use of the platform; your listings or content; your transportation activities; your violation of law; disputes with other users; or property damage or injury caused by you.
Routee is an interactive computer service under 47 U.S.C. § 230 and is not liable for content posted by users, including listings, messages, ratings, reviews, and all other user-generated content.
Routee may suspend or terminate access at any time, for any reason, without notice.
Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in any class action lawsuit. Small claims court actions may be brought individually where permitted. Arbitration shall take place in Riverside County, California unless otherwise required by law.
All disputes must be brought individually and not as part of any class, collective, or representative action.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Routee may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Routee regarding use of the platform.

Plain English: We collect as little as possible. We don't sell your data. No account required. Messages are stored in your browser — not on our servers.
Account data: Email and display name if you create an account (stored securely via Supabase). Listings: All listing content is stored in our database and publicly visible. Messages: Stored in your browser's local storage — not on our servers. Ratings: Star ratings and comments tied to your account, publicly visible. Server logs: Standard IP and browser data for security.
Your real name, phone number, home address, payment info, or government ID.
To display listings, operate the platform, respond to inquiries, and maintain account security. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Routee does not sell personal information. Contact hello@routee.delivery to exercise your rights.
To request deletion of your account or personal data, email hello@routee.delivery with subject line "Data Deletion Request." We will process requests within 30 days.

Keep it simple: Post real listings, be honest, treat others with respect.
Routee connects drivers with spare space to shippers who need small items moved on the I-15 corridor between Southern California and Nevada. Every listing should represent a real, legitimate transportation need or offer.
Post only real items, real routes, and real availability. Do not post duplicates or placeholder listings. Use your handle consistently — do not create multiple handles to manipulate ratings. Set honest fees.
You may not post, transport, or facilitate: illegal drugs · firearms or weapons where prohibited · explosives or hazmat · stolen or counterfeit goods · currency or financial documents · live animals · human remains · anything illegal under federal, state, or local law. Violations may be reported to law enforcement.
Do not: post false information · impersonate others · harass or threaten users · use bots or automated posting tools · engage in fraud or scams · spam other users.
Routee does not verify user identities. Always meet in public well-lit locations. Verify item condition before exchange. Use traceable payment methods. Trust your instincts — if something feels wrong, do not proceed.
Rate honestly based on your actual experience. Do not leave false or retaliatory ratings. Routee may remove ratings that violate these guidelines.
Routee may remove listings, suspend accounts, or ban users at any time without notice. To report a listing or user contact hello@routee.delivery.
